Returns and Exchange Policy

Returned items must be in their original state, with tags attached. These must be deemed unworn to be accepted.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. An exchange will be processed once we receive back the original order, along with a request for alternate size/style. As the cost of returns are at the sender’s expense, please ensure that you pay the correct postage and obtain proof of postage. Please contact hi@tuttirouge.com to let us know!

We will send out alternate sizes/styles within 5 working days, subject to stock availability.
We will deliver any exchanged items free of charge!


A full refund, including delivery, can only be provided if the items are faulty. You must notify us, either in writing or via telephone, within 14 days of receipt of goods.


For sale, promotional and discounted items, refunds will be issued via e-credit note to the value of the discounted item on receipt of the unwanted goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
